All our die designs are expertly engineered by qualified tool and die makers with 30 plus years of valuable automotive sheet metal stamping experience. We are capable of designing dies that comply with our customers' engineering specifications, standards and requirements. Daily or weekly design progress can be monitored via screen sharing ensuring live updates. Concept designs are forwarded to our customers for a in-depth design review prior to the final design package being issued. Manufacture can thus commence with confidence, ensuring consistent, accurate off-tool parts and overall design effectiveness prior to starting production.
